JTE Vehicles
Look out for our clearly marked vans, trucks, flatbeds, and heavy goods vehicles - mainly in white - travelling across the South East and throughout England. These branded vehicles make our presence visible, ensuring schools and site staff always know who is on site, while promoting safety and accountability.
JTE Clothing
Every employee wears professional JTE-branded clothing, including t-shirts, shirts, hoodies and caps. Making our team instantly recognisable. Uniforms provide reassurance to staff, pupils, and visitors, while reinforcing a culture of professionalism and safety on site.
JTE IDs
Each member of staff carries a unique JTE photo ID badge. These are checked regularly, giving schools and site managers confidence that only authorised personnel are present, supporting safeguarding and site security at all times. Each ID carries a unique number, and the DBS details of the holder.
DBS Checks
Every single J T Edwards employee – whether working on site or in the office - is fully DBS checked. This ensures the highest safeguarding standards are maintained, giving schools, staff, and parents complete confidence in the integrity of our team.
Gas Safe Register
As a Gas Safe registered company, we are legally qualified to carry out gas installations, maintenance, and safety checks. Clients can be confident that all work involving gas systems is completed safely, correctly, and in line with current regulations. The J T Edwards Gas Safe Register is 522434.
F-Gas Certification
Our F-Gas certification demonstrates that we are authorised to work on refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems containing fluorinated gases. This ensures compliance with environmental legislation and gives clients confidence that all handling and maintenance is performed responsibly.
Fire Industry Association

Thames Water Approved
JTE has worked with Thames Water for many years, not only as an approved plumber and RPZ tester but also on below-ground TAPS5 projects. James has also acted as a consultant on some of the largest commercial building sign-offs, including projects with SKANSKA and other leading contractors. His expertise ensures that all water systems are fully compliant with Water Regulations and meet the highest standards of protection.
